Freight

Online orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays), and your order will be dispatched as soon as possible after payment is cleared.
 
You should allow the following timeframe for your delivery:

    • North Island       1-2 days
    • South Island       2-4 days
    • Rural Delivery    3-4 days

A Saturday delivery can  be arranged (to most large metropolitan areas - not rural) at an additional cost.

Orders over $150 will be sent freight free.

Your tracking number will be emailed to you soon after your purchase confirmation so that you can track and trace your order online.

Returns Policy

Damaged or Faulty Goods

Although every care is taken, sometimes stuff just gets broken!
If an item has clearly been damaged during delivery do not sign for the delivery, which means it will then be returned to us.
If you have signed for the delivery and then realise it has been damaged, you will need to contact us as soon as possible (within three days of receipt).   We will then let you know how to return it to us, and upon receipt of the damaged item will issue a replacement or refund.
Likewise if you open an item and realise it is faulty, let us know within three days of receipt so that we may issue a replacement once the faulty item is received.

Goods Received in Error

We take great care when shipping our customers’ orders, however if you do receive the wrong product please let us know as soon as possible (within three days of receipt) so that we may put it right. We will let you know how to return the item and issue the replacement as soon as it is received.

Goods Ordered in Error

It happens! If you have ordered the wrong item or simply change your mind, please let us know within three days of receipt, whereupon you will have seven days to return the product for a store credit or exchange items. In this case the freight charges are non-refundable the and cost of returning the goods to us will be your responsibility.

When returning any items to us it is your responsibility to ensure that the items arrive safely. Please return the goods in their original condition and pack them to ensure that the product is not damaged during return transit. We recommend keeping proof of postage so that you are covered in the event the package goes missing during return transit. Party Starter cannot take responsibility for this.

You are welcome to pay using your credit card, PayPal or using internet banking.

Credit card details stored on site are encrypted using 168bit 3DES encryption. DPS is also certified AIS compliant.
